Processing and Delivery Information

All items are handmade to order and will be processed within 1-3 days of ordering.

If free delivery is chosen your jewellery will be posted using Royal Mail 2nd class. If you need your item quicker you can upgrade at checkout

Care Of Your Jewellery

Silver will tarnish over time if left exposed to the air so we advise that you keep your jewellery in an air tight plastic bag or in a box when not being worn regularly.  If your jewellery does become tarnished we advise that you use a silver jewellery cloth to clean it.

We advise that your jewellery is put on after getting dressed and taken off before undressing to avoid it being caught on clothing

Although we only use high quality elastic in stretch bracelets this will become stretched over time, to prolong the life of the elastic we advise that it is not over stretched and should be rolled over the hand when taking on and off rather than over stretching the elastic.  We do offer a restringing service, please contact us fore further details.

Choosing Your Size

To measure your wrist wrap a piece of string or a strip of paper around your wrist just below the wrist bone where the bracelet will usually sit and then measure the length, then add at least half an inch, for example if your wrist measures 6.9 inches you would order 7.5 inch bracelet.

Returns, replacements & refunds

We hope that you love your new jewellery but if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it for a full refund or exchange.  Just contact us within 7 days of delivery and return items within 14 days.  Buyer is responsible for postal charges.  Products must be in their new, unused condition or a percentage of cost will be deducted from refund.  Please allow 5 days from receipt for exchanges and refunds to be processed.

Your jewellery is guaranteed for 3 months from date of delivery, if your jewellery is received damaged or becomes damaged or broken through normal wear during this time we will refund or replace the piece, the buyer will not be responsible for postal charges.  This does not cover items that have been damaged in any way other than normal wear.
